How do I Upgrade my Membership?
To Upgrade your Membership login to your T-SWAP.COM membership homepage and go to the "Look at What You Have" area and choose "Upgrade Membership".
How do I Cancel my Membership?

To cancel your membership with T-SWAP.COM login to your membership homepage and go to the "Look at What You Have" area and choose "Cancel Membership".
How do I change or edit my PASSWORD?
To edit or change your password is simple.  Login on your T-SWAP member page with the screen name in which you would like to change and go under the "Look at What You Have" area and choose the topic My Profile.  Here you can choose the topic at the heading of the page "Edit Profile".  Your password is now ready to be edited or changed.
How is T-MAIL different from E-MAIL?

There is no difference.  T-MAIL is just T-SWAP.COM giving its members continuity within our community.
Is there a different charge for INSTANT CHAT capabilities and is it a separate price from the individual and business fee?
The INSTANT CHAT fee is $9.95 a month and this price includes all of the services that an individual or business receives without added charges.
What is the age group allowed to become a member of T-SWAP.COM?
Ages 18 and above are allowed to become members of T-SWAP.COM.
Does T-SWAP.COM perform criminal, better business bureau, or fictitious name background checks on participating members?
No.  In accordance with the Terms of Service Agreement that each member must sign there are guidelines that prohibits the use of fraudulent information in the creation of your MEMBER PROFILE.  Upon locating a T-SWAP member for business networking, romance involvement, or service trading, it is the responsibility of the interested member to verify all legitimacy of the individual in question. 
If I wanted to advertise my business, will I be able to utilize my business photo or logo?
Yes.  You will be limited to the amount of wording that can be use and the size of the picture that can be used.
Can I use T-SWAP.COM to find a ROMANTIC RELATIONSHIP only?
Yes.  Just complete your ROMANCE PROFILE and DATING PREFERENCE PROFILE.  This will allow for different T-SWAP.COM members to find you and for you to find them.
Will T-SWAP.COM be responsible for any legal regulation of my transaction with an existing member?

No.  It will be the sole responsibility of each T-SWAP.COM member to enforce, adhere to, or broker any legal / non-legal agreement to provide a requested service.  T-SWAP.COM or any of its associates will not have any liabilities or responsibilities of the immediate or long term effect of the services provided, members profile bio, or skill level of that member.
What forms of payment will T-SWAP.COM accept to initiate my membership?
T-SWAP.COM will utilize the services of an on-line E-COMMERCE SERVICE.  Here we will take CREDIT CARDS, DEBIT CARDS, and BANK DRAFTS
Is membership to T-SWAP.COM free?
Only the first 30 days of the $3.95 membership is free.  Thereafter, the member will be charged the fee he or she signed up for.
How does each participant calculate another member TRADINGBEE POINTS?

" 3 to 4  FAIR

" 5 to 8  GOOD

" 9 to 10 EXCELLENT   

10 STATEMENTS THAT T-SWAP.COM HAS CHOSEN FOR THE TRADINGBEE RATING SYSTEM:

1. I FOUND THE MEMBER'S PROFILE TO BE CONSISTENT WITH THE WORK OR TRADE PERFORMED.

2. THE MEMBER ABIDED BY THE AGREED UPON GUIDELINES SET FOR BY EACH PARTICIPATING MEMBER.

3. THE MEMBER PROVIDED PROPER IDENTIFICATION UPON REQUEST.

4. THE MEMBER WAS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS WITH HIS OR HER OVERALL SERVICE.

5. THE MEMBER WAS KNOWLEGEABLE IN THE SERVICE THAT HE OR SHE WAS PERFORMING.

6. THE MEMBER DID NOT PERFORM DISTURBING PHONE SOLICITATIONS AFTER OUR AGREED UPON TRADE.

7. THE MEMBER DID NOT TRY TO FORCE UPON ME ANYTHING THAT WAS NOT AGREED UPON IN OUR TRADE.

8. THE MEMBER ABIDED BY THE TIMES GIVEN TO PERFORM THE SERVICE AGREED UPON.

9. THE MEMBER'S SERVICE EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS.

10. I WOULD REFER THIS MEMBER'S SERVICE TO A FRIEND.
Can any member of T-SWAP.COM leave a FEEDBACK rating on my profile?
No.  Only the two members involved in the trading can leave FEEDBACK ratings.
IF MY SERVICES RECEIVE ALL NEGATIVE RATINGS, WILL MY MEMBERSHIP BE CANCELLED FROM T-SWAP.COM?

No.  This would only mean that future T-SWAP.COM members interested in utilizing your services could possibly be decreased.

 
DOES A HIGH TRADINGBEE SCORE SIGNIFY GREAT OVERALL SERVICE?
Not necessarily!  T-SWAP.COM would advise for each member to look at all the different rating performances that the member in question has received.  There could be some low ratings for the same services provided.  If a member has only one rating review then it would be left up to the interested member to utilize the services.
CAN A RATING BE CHANGED?

No.  A rating given by another member for a particular service will remain on the rated member's feedback profile.  If a negative rating or positive rating is given, then the rated member can provide a rebuttal or gesture in the text box for feedback and this will be visualized with any rating.

 
DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE A FEEDBACK FORUM?

No.  However, T-SWAP.COM would like to encourage each member to complete a rating performance scale to ensure honesty and integrity within our trading community.
