Compensation Plan for Direct Sales Commission of T-Swap.com Memberships, Banner Ads, and Corporate Sponsor Ads Welcome to the T-Swap.com Direct Sales Commission Program in which you the member or interested individual can become a participant in the on-line utilization of T-Swap.com as well as in the revenue sharing of members that you personally bring on. As you know T-Swap/Trade Swappers Inc. is looking for motivated and talented individuals to bring our dynamic and unique advertising spectrum to local and regional business owners and skilled/unskilled individuals within the United States and abroad. T-Swap/Trade Swappers is also promoting a forum for singles or individuals interested in a romance or friend connection to utilize our database to find their targeted interest. The position of T-Swap.com Representative requires communicating with the perspective business owner or individual on a face to face basis allowing the potential member a more in-depth view of our wonderful internet service. It will be the responsibility of the T-Swap Representative to locate businesses or individuals that he or she would like to present our services to. It is the concept of the owners of T-Swap/Trade Swappers to have every business and individual within the Before targeting or soliciting potential clientele, the T-Swap Representative will be required to review the on-line tutorial to become more familiar with the T-Swap.com web site. Each potential employee will sign an agreement of integrity which includes each customer’s privacy rights agreement information. This information will be mailed to the potential Representative for original signature purposes. The compensation plan for the T-Swap Representative position will be paid monthly on a commission based rate (rates are located below). Each T-Swap Representative will be given an identification number and this number in turn will be given to all clients that he or she solicits to become a T-Swap.com member. The Company will track each number given and disburse the revenue accordingly monthly.
The second portion of our T-Swap Representative’s compensation plan includes the Business Ads/Business Review and Corporate Sponsor Ad commission scale. Here the Representative can take advantage of selling banner ads to local or regional established companies or startup companies that want to get their information to a larger audience using the internet as an optional tool. The Corporate Sponsor program allows for a higher commission and allows the T-Swap Representative to enhance the relationship between the company involved and T-Swap/Trade Swappers Inc. Please see the pop-up information on the T-Swap Preview page or Home page for further information on the Banner Ad product. The T-Swap Representative will solicit to businesses that he or she feels will benefit from our selected services. The Company will provide key tools to the Representative to make the process of retrieving the information reliable and thorough. With exception of the digital camera, all other materials will be provided by T-Swap/Trade Swappers Inc. These are the items with description. Digital Camera (optional): This is an option for the representative to have to take a picture of the business if the owner wants to have a picture on his Business membership profile or to help create the banner ad as needed. The Representative can sometimes secure his or her solicited membership by having all information and profile necessities completed before leaving the client. This item will be the responsibility of the T-Swap Representative. Triplicate Forms mimicking T-Swap Registration (optional): These forms will be for the Representative to take pertinent information and a generalized application on all businesses that agree to take out a Business membership, Banner Ad/Business Review membership, or Corporate Sponsor Ad. The bottom copy will be for the Representative to keep with the business method of purchase blocked out. The second copy will be for the business to have once the ad or membership is taken out. The top copy will be for T-Swap corporate and serve as a means of auditing and payroll purposes for the Representative. It will be the responsibility of the Representative to get the triplicate form into corporate in a timely fashion. *PLEASE NOTE THE TRIPLICATE FORMS ARE FOR Terms of Conditions and Agreement Forms: This is for our customers to insure them that we have no interest in soliciting their information to outside agencies. Start up Fee: Each participant within the T-Swap.com Representative program must pay a yearly initiation fee of $120.00 to get started. Please note that this start up fee gives the Representative the INSTANT CHAT MEMBERSHIP for 1 year until the membership renewal fee is needed. Percentage Scale Monthly Memberships Reps Profit @ 40 % Please note that the one time Banner Ad creation fee of $199.95 will not be a part of the Compensation Plan for Direct Sales Commission.
